A shared availability calendar: a row per person, a column per day, and a status on each day. The team's capacity for the month or week, in man-days (MD) or hours, updates as soon as a day changes.

Agencies and product teams that plan client work or sprints in days or hours. Admins plan for everyone; members keep their own days up to date.

Starter is free for up to 10 people, with one admin (the owner) and one organization of your own. Pro is €39.99 a month and adds unlimited people and admins, more than one organization of your own, Slack, Google Calendar and Netcore, custom statuses, CSV export, custom theme colors and offline mode. It starts with a 7-day trial, no card needed, and then renews every month until you cancel. Invited people never pay.

How is capacity counted?

Each working day, Monday to Friday, is 1 MD. A status takes part of the day off, from none to the whole day in quarter-day steps, and the total drops by that much. A weekend counts only when someone sets a working status on it.

What is an MD, and can I see hours instead?

A man-day (MD) is one full working day, 8 hours by default. Each person chooses whether they read capacity in MD or hours, and an admin sets how long the day is.

Which statuses are there?

Every organization starts with Available, Not available, Partially available, Weekend, Public holiday, Blocked and Remote. Admins can change their name, color and time off; adding or deleting statuses is part of Pro.

Who can change which days?

Admins can change anyone's days. Members see everyone's days and change only their own. A note on a day can be private: then only admins and that person see it.

Which tools does it connect to?

On Pro, Slack, Google Calendar and Netcore. Slack: a weekly post to one channel with who's away next week, every Monday at 08:00 in the organization's time zone or when an admin chooses, plus a monthly reminder to update availability. Google Calendar: each person's time off syncs both ways with their own calendar. Netcore: each person's monthly capacity, in hours, goes to their Netcore account to plan their income.

How do people sign in?

With a link sent to their email. There are no passwords. An admin invites people by email, and the same link creates their account.

Can I belong to more than one organization?

Yes. One sign-in works for every organization you belong to, with a separate profile in each. Switch between them from the top bar.
